I am having trouble downloading my activation key for the software. I have used the information provided in the purchase confirmation with no success.
What error message are you getting?
Incorrect Username or Password when trying to log in.
I just tried to log in with your credentials and it worked OK. Perhaps you've got incorrect credentials cached in your browser. Can you please try to open an in-private/incognito session in your browser and try to access the activation URL from there? That will ensure that there are no credentials cached. Also make sure that you're not inadvertently getting trailing spaces when you copy-and-paste the user-name and password (especially the latter).
