I am getting this error when I attempt to load a list of AD users:

An error occurred while getting the list of Windows users from the server

If I select the details tab, I get this information:

at EnterpriseDT.Net.FtpServer.Core.PlugInProxyBase.InvokeBySOAP(String plugInName, String methodName, Object[] methodArguments)

at l6kWeK7q0XfsUChtMCq.9IpF0W770TK5ahKLFTl.GetDomainUsers(String , String , Int32 )

at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)

I am testing an evaluation copy of CompleteFTP and would love to get this going. Any help is appreciated.

If you could get a clean set of logs from the server that shows the error, zip them and email to us we'll look into it asap.

Thank you for the response. I followed your excellent instructions on clearing the log files and when I went to replicate the issue for generating new logs the problem no longer existed! That's a good thing. I will continue testing.

Thanks!
