Chrome and Edge are failing to connect to CompleteFTP

When I connect to CompleteFTP via HTTPS using new versions of Chrome and Edge, I get a "too long to respond" error and the browsers fail to connect.

There's a TLS 1.3 bug in versions prior to 26.1.0 that causes this issue, but it only started to affect connections after an update to OpenSSL, the TLS library used by Chrome and Edge.

The fix is to upgrade CompleteFTP to the latest version, which is 26.1.1 as of this writing.
