Chrome and Edge are failing to connect to CompleteFTP

Question 1

When I connect to CompleteFTP via HTTPS using new versions of Chrome and Edge, I get a "too long to respond" error and the browsers fail to connect.

The fix is to upgrade CompleteFTP to the latest version, which is 26.1.1 as of this writing. There's a TLS 1.3 bug in versions prior to 26.1.0 that causes this issue.
