How do I know if my cipher is supported?

Hello,
I'm having issues (insufficient_security(71)) while trying to use ftps on edtftpj .This is the cipher I'm actually using:  TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
I don't see it in the api guide, so just want to confirm the error is due to the cipher we are using.

The issue most likely is that the server is using a custom diffie-helman group that isn't accepted by the client.

Try disabling DHE ciphers and use ECDHE ciphers instead.
