Upgrade from version 10.2.1 to latest version

I am currently using CompleteFTP Enterprise Edition version 10.2.1 on Windows Server 2012.

We are planning to upgrade the Windows Server to 2016 or 2019.

Is it possible to upgrade the CompleteFTP Enterprise Edition to the latest version on the upgraded windows with all the configuration on completeFTP still intact?

Yes, during the installation of the latest version of CompleteFTP you will be greeted with a pop-up window which asks you if you wish to retain your existing configuration. please check the option to 'keep your existing configuration'.
