Unable to Complete FTP Connection using TLS from multiple FTP Clients software

Question

We are Unable to connect to FTP server using WinSCP or Filezilla.

Error in Filezilla Client is: The error is Auth TLS successful, Then initializing TLS,

Error: Connection Timed Out

Error: Could not connect to server

On the FTP server diagnostic logs error is:

Comments

We test with FileZilla and WinSCP regularly so there shouldn't be any problem.  Can you please post the FileZilla log?  You'll get more detail if you enabled debug logging (Edit -> Settings -> Debug).  A debug-level log from CompleteFTP may also help.
