Adobe file is blank

I successfully convert the .doc file to .ps.. but when I convert the .ps file to .pdf.. when I go to vie the pdf is black. I get a message box that says there was error and it return 0 in the count

Make sure you are printing to file using a PostScript printer driver.

If you still can't get a result use OpenOffice.
