TransferBufferSize units

Question

What units is the TransferBufferSize property in? Bytes, KiloBytes, MegaBytes?

After playing with it, I suspect it is in KB rather than bytes.

As a recommendation for future releases. It would be helpful if the API Documentation indicated what the scale/units were for items such as TransferBufferSize and time outs.
