Error trying to use the component

The fallowing error is ocurring when the command "Dim ftpObj As New FTPClient("200.251.208.66", 21)" is executed:

'An unhandled exception of type 'System.Security.SecurityException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

Perhaps you don't have permissions set to open a socket for some reason?
