Process Trigger authority

I am pretty new to CompleteFTP enterprise windows.  I have become sort of the default admin since a guy left.

I created a process trigger event that runs when an upload is received.  Its a .ps1 script.  When testing interactively, my script is able to move a file it receives after an upload to an external windows share server on the network.

But the Process event fails.  The log says not authorized.  My chat AI help says to give authority on that windows server folders to the "service" or whatever is running the process trigger script.

Does anybody know what and where/how to do this?  Is there someplace I can tell the process trigger what completeFTP id to run under or how do i find the one i need..

See this FAQ (part B). By default, process triggers run as the Windows service user (but note that you can change this in the trigger configuration [Grant permissions of ...]).
