Do the latest version support SHA1 for SFTP?

Question 1

We are currently using EDTFTPJ/PRO 5.3.1 and want to update to the latest version 7.4.0. Would like to know whether SHA1 would work after updated to the latest version.

And would like to know if we upgrade from 5.3.1 to 7.4.0 is there any changes we need to make in the existing implementation?

What do we lose if we update, upgrade from 5.3.1 to 7.4.0

Please help to understand these question

SHA1 is still supported in 7.4.0, although it is a redundant hash algorithm that is not regarded as secure. There should not be any changes required by moving to 7.4.0, although you should always test your application thoroughly before deploying into production.
