Scripting push from S3 to SFTP

Question

I am trying to script via powershell a push from an amazon S3 bucket to an SFTP server.

I have the script ready and it's failing in my logs as WinSCP can see the folder, is there a known fix for this?  I can provide the log file if required, here's an extract:

2021-07-20 06:16:04.208 The system cannot find the file specified

. 2021-07-20 06:16:04.208 Asking user:

. 2021-07-20 06:16:04.208 File or folder 'Testing.txt' does not exist. ("System Error.  Code: 2.
