Why do I get a white screen after logging into the File Manager?

The File Manager application allows users to log in via HTTPS and manage the files available in their CompleteFTP home directory. Occasionally users have complained that it displays as a blank white page.

This problem is almost always due to the max connections per user being set to a low figure. The File Manager uses multiple HTTPS connections, and so if users are limited to just a few connections, it won't display properly. Set the max connections per user to at least 50.
