This trial jar file cannot be used with a production license

I received a production license.jar file for use with edtFTPj/PRO, but I receive the error message "This trial jar file cannot be used with a production license" when I try to use it. What's the problem?

The trial distribution is different to the production distribution. The trial edtftpj-pro.jar will only work with a trial license. Production licenses need the production jar file to work, and so you need to download the production distribution from our customer website.
