Lifetime license has expired?

Question

I am getting an error in the ftp session that the license has expired. This is only happening on a client's computer, but the same code works fine for me. Any ideas?

BTW, I am using the unlock method to enter the key. (http://www.enterprisedt.com/products/ed ... index.html)
