Set default properties to use when creating new users

I'd like to have a way to configure default settings to be used every time a new user is created.

CompleteFTP developer here: One way to do this would be to add an item to the user context menu labelled "Add another user like this".  This would create another user with a different user-name, but all properties copied from the selected user.

What do you think of this?  Would it work well?
