We are replicating our on-prem server to Azure, so there's an exact copy in the cloud.  When we're ready to activate the Azure FTP server, we will do an ASR failover which will basically flip the switch to turn off the on-prem server and turn on the Azure server.  Will we need to re-register the license since it will be in a new location?  Are there any other caveats we should look out for?

Thank you

You will need to release the license activation on the old server and then activate it on the new server. The old server will remain fully operational for 30 days after you've released the activation there.
