Error when listing domain users

Question

Often when I try to add windows users and click on the "List domain users" button I get this error: "An error occurred while getting the list of Windows users from the server." I have to restart the CompleteFTP service for it to work.

Next time you get the error could you please click the Details button. This will open a text-pane beneath the buttons. Please copy the contents of this text-pane into your reply.
