Use existing WIndows folder and subfolders as the roof FTP folder

Hi Guys;

I'm trying to move away from an existing ftp server to CompleteFTP solution. Is there a way to use the same Windows folder structure we were using with the other software?

Tried to map the existing folder as the root folder, but somehow when i try to assign a subfolder as the home folder of a user. the CompleteFTP does not see any subfolders, but only the root folder..

How many users do you have?  Can you tell us what the existing folder structure looks like? That will help us to advise you.
