We’ve Migrated our Helpdesk System to JIRA

  • Do I have to create a new account?
    All existing accounts have been migrated to JIRA, but passwords have been lost so you’ll need to reset it (see next question).
  • How do I reset my password?
    To reset your password, click here, enter your e-mail address, click Next and then click on ‘Forgot your password?’.
  • Have I lost my tickets?
    No, your tickets should be visible once you log in (using your new password).
  • How do I create a new ticket?
