We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. We are happy to offer a full refund for any product if you experience technical difficulties that we cannot resolve.
Our support staff must be given the diagnostic information that they request and a reasonable amount of time to find a resolution.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Once we have emailed you your product license key or you have activated a server instance, we will not refund your money simply because you have changed your mind.
We cannot refund purchases which include source code, unless the source code has not yet been shipped to you.
All of our products have trial periods of 30 days during which you can satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product, and we are happy to extend this trial period if your circumstances require it.
