Enterprise Distributed Technologies is happy to announce the immediate
release of edtFTPj/Free 2.1.0, the popular Java library for embedding full
FTP capabilities into Java applications.
edtFTPj is Open Source (LGPL) and can be freely embedded into
commercial applications. It supports a wide range of FTP commands, and
is one of the world's most popular Java FTP clients libraries.
Unrestricted (i.e. non-LGPL) commercial source licenses are also
available at a very reasonable price.
This release includes:
* Add callback allowing each entry returned from dirDetails and listDirectory to be processed one by one, without creating a list of all entries. Useful for very large listings where memory could be a problem.
* Fixed resume download bug where if resume() is called twice, firstly on an existing file, and then when there is no local file, the second download also resumes.
* Mask argument to ACCT in logging.

We also have available a derivative commercial product, edtFTPj/PRO,
a secure version of edtFTPj supporting FTPS and SFTP as well as asynchronous operations
and connection pooling.
