Enterprise Distributed Technologies is happy to announce the immediate release of edtFTPnet 2.1.0, the popular .NET library for embedding full FTP capabilities into .NET applications (including Mono).
edtFTPnet is Open Source (LGPL) and can be freely embedded into commercial applications. Unrestricted (i.e. non-LGPL) commercial source licenses are also available at a very reasonable price.
Changes in this release include:
# Allow other processes to read a file that is being uploaded.
# FTPConnection now permits UserName to be changed when connected.
# Fixed resume download bug where if resume() is called twice, firstly on an existing file, and then when there is no local file, the second download also resumes.
# Added KillControlChannel() to FTPClient.
# Added DirectoryExists.
