You could try throttling the bandwidth of the faster transfer - the latest versions enable you to do this - and see if that allows the other to run a bit faster.

I'll try it out. Are there any tutorials on how to throttle the bandwidth?

There's a property on the component, MaxTransferRate.

Pretty recent, released in 6.2.0.
