Security certificate

by ReportingMD » Fri Jun 05, 2015 11:55 am

Version 8.3.0

Apparently there is something amiss with our security certificate and/or the site configuration. We added a new user this week and they got the attached message in Chrome. I tested Chrome and saw the same message. I further tested in IE and FireFox and saw a similar messages.

Frankly, I am not certain if we were ever configured properly and suspect that other users simply powered thru the messages. In any event this is the first report to us.

Can you point us to a solution?

The problem is simply that you having installed a proper SSL certificate. And by proper I mean one that is signed by a Certificate Authority (CA). You can read about that .
