moveit ipswitch FTPSImplicit failing after 8.1.1 upgrade

We have a client using moveit central by ipswitch (www.ipswitchft.com/MOVEit).

After we upgraded our completeftp server to 8.1.1, they are unable to connect.

We are getting this in the log:
