If you can email us the log files from the server that'd be useful - support@enterprisedt.com. They should be in c:\program files\CompleteFTP - look for the most recent files.

One idea - it may be that the server doesn't have permissions to access C:\inetpub\LHVR.

Try setting the user's home directory to C:\temp or something you know for sure will be ok.

I tried the home directory entry three ways

C:\inetpub\LHVC
"C:\inetpub\LHVC"
'C:\inetpub\LHVC'

If I had a wish list for this application.

1) An apply button at the bottom of the interface to know the system has accepted the configuration, along with a verification message.
2) A "browse" button to search the windows directory for the right folder, also this would avoid the syntax issue since it would auto populate with the right format.

I like the simplicity and the fact it's scalable.
