Passive Port setting in EdtFTPd

Can I set the allowed passive port for edtFTPd which were limited by the firewall policy? I found the article at mentioned that we can put "PassivePorts 3000 4000" in the proftpd.conf file, can we do that in edtFTPd as well ??
